With the acquisition, and the employment of three former TMS employees\u2014Morten Juhl, Viggo Pedersen and Jesper Madsen\u2014CESTEK will continue the business\u2019s competencies within its own mechanical department.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TMS and CesTek have enjoyed a close and strong collaboration for many years. With this strategic acquisition, CesTek ensures that, going forward, we can offer mechanical design, technical solutions, and deliver turnkey projects to our customers.
