VGC10 is a versatile, fully electric vacuum gripper designed for efficient handling of workpieces in automated and collaborative robot applications. With an integrated BLDC vacuum pump, intelligent vacuum control, and a modular design, VGC10 is an ideal solution for companies seeking high flexibility without the use of external compressed air.
The gripper can handle both porous and non-porous materials and supports up to 7 vacuum cups, which can be configured individually via the included adapter plate system. This makes VGC10 suitable for everything from boxes, sheets, and plastic parts to glass, metal, and packaging.
VGC10 supports two independent vacuum channels, which can be used separately or combined for increased airflow. This provides great freedom in the design of the gripping solution and enables handling of workpieces with varying geometry and surfaces.
