OnRobot Screwdriver is an advanced, fully electric robotic screwdriver developed to automate screwdriving tasks in modern production environments. The solution combines precise torque control, intelligent monitoring, and simple programming in one compact unit—ideal for assembly and machine-tending applications.
OnRobot Screwdriver covers a wide torque range from 0.15 to 5 Nm and supports metric, US standard, and self-tapping screws in materials such as plastic, aluminium, and steel. The high torque accuracy ensures consistent joints and makes it possible to document correct tightening in every cycle.
The solution is fully integrated with OnRobot’s software platform and is delivered with automatic TCP calculation, payload registration, and torque monitoring, significantly reducing programming time. Even operators without robot experience can quickly configure and change setups.
OnRobot Screwdriver monitors the entire screwdriving process via torque and angle curves and can detect errors such as missing screws, premature torque increase, or unexpected deviations. This ensures high process quality and minimizes scrap and rework.
