Product description:
The OMRON LD Side Laser Kit is designed to improve safety when items are transported with OMRON LD mobile robots. The kit uses a side laser as a visual and functional reference, making it possible to detect obstacles that could collide with the load the robot is carrying.
The solution is intended for areas where obstacles may protrude from, for example, a rack or hang down from the ceiling. The side laser is mounted on the side of the robot or on other CESTEK solutions such as a Spacer or similar.
It must be installed in the robot and integrated into the safety system.
