Product description:
MG10 is a compact and powerful magnetic robot gripper developed for collaborative and industrial robot applications working with steel and other magnetic materials. The gripper uses electrically controlled magnetism and provides reliable, repeatable, and controlled handling of workpieces – without the use of compressed air.
MG10 can handle workpieces up to 10 kg with optimal contact and is designed for high operational reliability, even in environments with continuous production. The gripper retains the workpiece even in the event of a power failure, increasing both safety and process stability.
The built-in proximity sensor detects workpieces within 2 mm and enables advanced functions such as Smart Grip and automatic grip detection. The magnetic force can be adjusted in 10 steps, allowing the gripping force to be adapted to the workpiece’s size, shape, and surface.
MG10 is supplied with replaceable protective pads and special fingers for cylindrical workpieces, making it suitable for both flat and round components. The integrated software ensures fast commissioning and simple programming – also for users without extensive robot experience.
The gripper is IP67-rated, TÜV-certified, and compatible with a wide range of robot brands, including Omron, Universal Robots, Techman, FANUC, and Yaskawa.
