Product description:
The Spacer for LD‑250 is a specially designed spacing module that matches the LD‑250 mobile robot 100% in both shape and geometry. The module ensures a perfect mechanical transition between the robot and customer-specific top modules and is designed for installations where precision, stability, and seamless integration are critical.
The module is supplied as standard with a height of 420 mm, but can also be manufactured in a custom height down to a minimum of 150 mm. The height is determined prior to production, and each spacer is manufactured in one specific height that fits the application precisely, ensuring maximum stability and an exact fit in the final setup.
The spacer unit is manufactured in powder-coated aluminium, providing a robust construction with low weight and a hard-wearing surface for industrial operation. The integrated 24 V I/O controller makes electrical integration with top modules, sensors, and accessories simple and reliable.
Convenient access and built-in mounting options
