Product description:

The KMP 600P is a compact and versatile autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed for efficient internal transport of goods and components up to 600 kg – particularly well suited to production environments with limited space and a need for flexible material flow. The platform can be optionally equipped with an integrated lifting module (lifting height 80 mm), making it ideal for automated handling between stations and storage areas.

The KMP 600P is built for continuous operation: it can be charged via both wired and inductive charging, enabling 24/7 operation and extending battery life. The platform manages charging automatically and can recharge during idle periods, so it is always ready for use. The battery is a LiFePO4 type and provides up to 8 hours of operation per charge.

The platform is easily integrated into existing AMR fleets via KUKA.AMR Fleet and the standardized VDA 5050 communication interface. This makes the solution scalable and easy to adapt to changing layouts or transport requirements. Navigation is performed via SLAM and QR codes, ensuring precise positioning (±10 mm) and stable operation – even in dynamic environments.

Safety is top-class: laser scanners and 3D cameras ensure automatic obstacle detection and protection of both robot and payload. The platform features acoustic and visual signals as well as emergency stops on all corners.
