CESTEK is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of TMS-AS following the company’s bankruptcy. With the acquisition, and the employment of three former TMS employees—Morten Juhl, Viggo Pedersen and Jesper Madsen—CESTEK will continue the business’s competencies within its own mechanical department.
