International industrial group AVK, one of the world's leading manufacturers of valves and solutions for water, gas, industrial applications, and critical infrastructure, has entered into an agreement to acquire an ownership stake in CESTEK A/S. As a result, CESTEK will become part of AVK's industrial ecosystem.
