VG10 is a compact, fully electric vacuum gripper designed for collaborative robot applications where flexibility, rapid deployment, and operational reliability are critical. The gripper combines high lifting capacity with intelligent vacuum control, enabling handling of a wide range of items—from cardboard boxes and plastic to metal, glass, and composite materials.
The integrated electric BLDC vacuum pump eliminates the need for external compressed air and reduces both installation time and energy costs. VG10 supports up to 16 suction cups, which can be manually adjusted up to 270°, making it easy to adapt the gripper to different workpiece sizes and geometries.
The gripper automatically detects vacuum level, grip, and loss of grip, increasing process stability and significantly reducing programming effort. Automatic TCP and payload calculation ensures fast commissioning—even for users without advanced robotics experience.
VG10 is particularly well suited for packaging, palletizing, and material handling in environments with high variation and low to medium loads. It is TÜV-certified and compatible with a wide range of robot brands, making it ideal as a standard gripper in flexible automation solutions.
