Product description:
2FG7 is a robust and flexible electric parallel gripper developed for collaborative and light-industrial robot applications where precision, reliability and compact design are essential. The gripper combines high repeatability with adjustable gripping force and speed, making it suitable for both delicate and more demanding workpieces.
The gripper has a total stroke of 38 mm and supports both internal and external gripping, providing great flexibility when handling workpieces of many sizes and geometries. With a maximum gripping force of up to 140 N and a payload of up to 7 kg (friction grip) or 11 kg (form-fit grip), the 2FG7 can be used for a wide range of automation tasks.
The integrated electric BLDC motor and the IP67 rating make the 2FG7 suitable for environments with dust, moisture and coolants, such as CNC machines and production lines. The gripper is also ESD-safe and suitable for cleanroom applications (ISO Class 5), making it attractive for the electronics, pharmaceutical and food industries.
The 2FG7 is supplied with pre-installed software and requires minimal programming. It supports automatic adjustment of power consumption and can hold the workpiece in the event of a power failure, increasing operational reliability in production.
