Product description:
3FG15 is an advanced electric 3-finger gripper designed for applications where the workpieces’ shape, size and gripping point vary. With three individually moving fingers, the gripper can handle round, asymmetrical and irregular workpieces with high stability and precision.
The gripper is particularly well suited for CNC machine tending, where reliable gripping and repeatability are critical, but also for material handling and assembly tasks in flexible production environments. The long stroke and adjustable gripping force make it possible to handle a wide range of workpiece sizes without tool changes.
3FG15 is fully electric and equipped with an integrated BLDC motor, ensuring stable operation, low maintenance and precise control. The gripper is IP67-rated and therefore suitable for demanding industrial environments with dust, moisture and coolants.
It is supplied with pre-installed software that makes setup and programming straightforward – even for operators without extensive robotics expertise. At the same time, the gripper supports automatic adjustment of force and position, increasing both safety and uptime.
