OnRobot Sander is a complete electric sanding solution designed to automate sanding, polishing and surface finishing processes with collaborative robots. The solution combines high performance, stable operation and easy integration, making it ideal for both small and large production environments.
The sander delivers up to 200 W of sanding power and features an adjustable rotational speed from 1,000 to 10,000 RPM, providing great flexibility for both coarse sanding and fine finishing. The eccentric movement with a 5 mm orbit ensures a consistent, professional sanding result – even on complex part geometries.
Thanks to the fully electric design and the pre-integrated OnRobot software, the sander can be installed and programmed quickly, even without extensive robot expertise. Automation reduces physical strain for operators and ensures consistent quality in 24/7 production.
