Product description:
CESTEK’s CNV62R60 is an efficient double top conveyor, primarily designed for automated transport of boxes and trays.
As a dedicated solution for Omron’s mobile robots LD‑60/90, it creates a stable, controlled, and repeatable internal logistics flow that reduces manual processes and frees up resources in production.
The system can be configured for automatic exchange of boxes between CNV62R60 and, for example, our CNV62F floor stations, making it possible to establish smooth and fully automated buffer or drop-off points.
When one or more robots are connected with fleet management, the entire production area can be serviced simultaneously—from assembly to packing, from intermediate stations to finished goods areas.
The result is a flexible and scalable solution that can easily be adapted to changed workflows, new stations, or increasing production volume, without the company having to significantly change the physical layout.
